Memorial - Nilde Marcolini

With saddened hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our mother and nonna at St. Joseph's Hospital at the age of 94 on February 10, 2021.
Leonilde is predeceased by her loving spouse Bruno and by her parents Emilio and Rosina. Loving Mother of Theresa (Chris Cardey). Loving Nonna of Stephanie (Joe) and Larissa (Blake). Bisnonna of Eloise, Michaela and Abigail. Dear sister of Lina (Luigi), Giuseppe (Tina), Alfonso (Bianca), Yolanda (Mario), Tony (Clara), Rina (Carlo), Nello. Dear sister-in-law of Rosita (Joe), Pina (Ariano), Carolina (Gilberto), Amedeo, Adelaide (Luigi). Dearly remembered by nieces and nephews in Canada, Europe, U.S and S. America and her special friend Maria Caputo. She and Bruno immigrated from Emilia Romagna, Italy to Canada in 1954. She worked hard to make this a good home for her family. She was a loving wife, mother and nonna who was a hard worker both in the home and workplace. She was a great cook who loved to cook for family and friends. She found time to do volunteer work and modelled kindness.
