Thank you for participating in St. Paul’s United Church strategic planning survey. This survey is intended to help us understand the needs of our church and external community. The information gathered will be used to inform the priorities that we set for the next 3 – 5 years. 


Your responses are very important to us and will remain confidential. The information you provide is anonymous. It will be summarized with all other participant responses, and no names will be used.
